Terms of service

Access
Access is invite-only while we roll out. We may decline or withdraw access, and models, pricing and availability may change.
Prepaid balance
Astrodyne is prepaid. Your balance is a hard spending limit: a request reserves against it before it runs, so the service cannot spend more than you have funded. There is no subscription and no minimum.
Settled usage is deducted from your balance. Where a request fails before producing billable output, the reservation is released rather than charged.
Funds added to a balance are for use of the service and are not transferable. [to be confirmed: refund policy, and whether unused balance is refundable on account closure — Stripe requires a stated refund policy]
Your API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for usage incurred under them. The full secret is shown once, at creation; revoke a key immediately if it may have been exposed.
Acceptable use
You may not use Astrodyne to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to resell access in breach of these terms, or in ways prohibited by the policies of the model providers whose models you call. [to be confirmed: whether reselling is permitted, and on what terms]
Availability
The service is provided as-is while in beta. We do not offer an uptime commitment at this stage, and model availability depends on upstream providers. [to be confirmed: SLA, if any, before paid marketing]
